Key Studio Rules & Application Acknowledgement

No food or drinks are permitted inside the dance studios at any time. ONLY closed, spill-proof water bottles are allowed.
Appropriate, non-marking studio footwear must be worn. Hard outdoor shoes, high heels, and black-soled shoes are strictly prohibited.
Continuous renters must provide a 30-day written notice for any long-term schedule changes or application cancellations.
This document is an application for space. Submission does not guarantee a booking until formally reviewed and approved by management.
